Binding of book is loose. Slight foxing on front and back covers with tears, stains, and fraying of edges. Slight foxing on spine with tears at top and bottom, and some fading. Heavy tanning and some foxing on top and fore edges. Moderate tanning and some foxing on bottom edge. Some foxing on endpapers and slight foxing on certain pages. Pages are clean of annotations with some tanning around margins. Inserts are intact with slight foxing and some dog ears.
