Binding of book is slightly loose. Slight foxing with tears and stains on front and back covers. Slight foxing and a tear at the top of the spine, with some fading. Some tanning and foxing on top edge, some tanning and slight foxing on fore edge, slight tanning and some foxing on bottom edge. Slight foxing and pencil markings on endpapers. Pages are clean of foxing with slight annotations on certain pages and some tanning around margins.
