Expanded remastered edition of the 2016 album [m1070705], with five additional unreleased tracks and an etching on side D.
Comes with a hype sticker: EXPANDED EDITION: "The Conor Oberst record that best speaks to the moment might be the sad, angry, ultimately hopeful one from 2016... it's anguish in the key of C: it belongs to everyone. Soaked with dread and pathos and unhinged genius... Oberst has been there, he's been worse, and he turned his suffering into something he could share. And when the rest of us end up in a similar spot, we can meet there, at an album like this, and buy another round." - GQ, 2020
Worldwide Record Store Day 2021 – Drop 1 (Saturday, 12 June 2021). Record Store Day notes: "An expanded remastered edition of the acclaimed 2016 album on 2-LPs featuring five additional tracks. Side 4 is an etching."

Description
Conor Oberst's Ruminations is reissued in an expanded remastered edition on two LPs, adding five bonus tracks to the 2016 intimate collection. Five bonus tracks, four of which are previously unreleased, broaden Oberst's stark, solo songs featuring piano, guitar and harmonica. Originally recorded during a snowy Omaha winter, the album is celebrated for its raw, unadorned performances that reveal Oberst's deeply personal storytelling. This 2021 edition from Nonesuch presents a definitive listening experience for fans of Oberst's intimate singer-songwriter approach.
